Sell your boards, underwater cameras, kayaks, fishing gear….pretty much anything water or skate related. FIND OUT HOW HERE. All profits go to sending a child to summer camp.
4. DONATE YOUR BOARD TO A KID IN NEED
Recycle, renew, and give so others can reuse
Join Boards for Bros, Island Water Sports and Push for Good in making a difference for underprivileged youth.
Donate your old skateboard decks, truck and wheel to Board for Bros as they launch their South Florida chapter. Get hands-on and help assemble boards that will be distributed around the area to kids who otherwise would not be able to afford a board.
Bring you old surfboard, sup, skimboard or wakeboard. Push for Good is teaming up with the International Sports Coalition and local non-profits to get these boards in the hands of local youth and children in South America and South Africa.
5. Show your art on Earth Day
Educate others about Ocean Pollution
Show your art and bring awareness to ocean pollution at Island Water Sports first Earth Day art show. To be considered, send a sample of your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday. Art will be displayed throughout the Board Swap on Saturday, April 21st.
