Here’s the top items every surfer has on their wish list.

Ever get a gift and not use it? Even worse, have you ever given a gift and found it collecting dust? We’ve all been there and know it’s a major bummer to be on either side. As a result, we took the time to make a wish list to avoid that from happening again. (Don’t worry there’s something for every budget!) By scrolling through this wish list you are bound to find something to purchase, wrap, and gift to that surfer you love so much.

FCS | Dayrunner Board Bag

The FCS Dayrunner board bag is essential to a surfer’s everyday commute. This bag is ultra light and super tough to handle any given conditions it’s put through. Protect the surfer’s prized position with this piece!

Dakine | Board Bag – Travel

A jet-setter with a whole lot of wanderlust will enjoy a ticket to Bali as much as the gift of a Dakine Travel Board bag. This one is at the top of surfer’s wish list who loves a great escape. Pro-tip: Fill this will some pool noodles to protect boards a little extra on the tails and nose. They might also use this as a suitcase because it’s that spacious!

Watermans | Sunscreen

Surfing may look like a breeze but the truth is mother nature can always be a little tougher on us than most. Between the sun and salt it’s difficult to find a sunscreen that can withstand these conditions. Watermans never fails to protect us!

Futures  | Fins

If John John has it, we want it too!!! In fact, my personal favorite is one of John John’s, its the F4 Techflex. Warning: this is a tricky gift to give if you aren’t sure about the surfer’s weight, board model, number of fin boxes or what preferences they have on fins (i.e: more speed, less speed, balance control, etc.). Make sure you do your research before hand!

FU Wax | Surf Wax

Photo: Alaina Heater

Okay, so this might sound like a no brainer but trust when I say this is a special kind of surf wax. It’s tacky but not too tacky, it’s just right! Doesn’t matter how old your wax is (although we do recommend refreshing after some use) it gets the job done. The grip is one of a kind. It’s a great stocking stuffer and even better when paired with a wax comb and wax removal as a kit. Best way to start the new year is with fresh wax!

Island Water Sports | Rashguard

Too much sun is never a good thing, that’s why long sleeve rash guards are a must. Protect the skin your special surfer is in and grab them a rash guard. You have the option of “loose fit” and “athletic fit”. Athletic is best for optimum movement and loose is good for a relaxed day. (The athletic ones have seams across the collar bone).

Electric | Sunglasses

The beauty of this you get a free hat with the purchase of any sunglasses or watch by Electric. We’re always stoked to get a pair of that can withstand our lifestyle by the sea. Hats are also a must! Both, of which are on our surfer’s wish list by default.

Arcade | Belt

Nothing like a brand new belt. These are super easy to shop for because the sizing is adjustable and they are super comfortable. Arcade makes these belts for adventure so make sure you stuff the stockings with a set of these belts. This is a staple piece on our surf and skate team rider’s wardrobe collection. Imagine that!

RinseKit | Pressurized Shower

Don’t forget to rinse! Stay cool and stay clean after your surf sesh. The RinseKit is a pressurized portable shower going at 65psi to remove stubborn sand off you feet before you hop in the car to your grab some post surf tacos.
